Mike, just give Focalpoint Optics a call on 01925730399, they are an approved Zeiss Dealer and have spares to replace your eyecup if the thread has been compromised. They are just north of Northwich on the A559, not far south off the M56 so easily accessible. Just mention that The Doc recommended them to you and they will look after you biggrin
