Could I remind all users of this forum of the guideline (which can be found on the forum guidelines sticky post) concerning the posting of claimed county rarities where there is no intention from the observer to submit them please. Whilst this has existed since 2011 it is unfortunately seemingly being increasingly ignored.
It is really important that claimed rarities are submitted to County Rarity Committee and observers should feel free to contact me to discuss the submission of, or any other matter regarding such records if necessary, and I’ll do my very best to assist and make the process as practicable and straightforward as possible (which it really is these days anyway).
