Ridiculous decision. I thought I was an official objector to this so how come I've not been notified? Or is there no decision yet?

You must have missed the appeal in March that went through and passed the planning after the first rejection last year everyone had emails notifying them of the appeal if they put a second objection in which obviously I did but ended up pointless as soon as the council pulled out of objecting we knew it would go through they are on there now digging the bore holes it will be built in the nextb12 months I would imagine . Everyone who appealed against the appeal got notification and were invited to the meetings at the Town Hall which were a farce .

And so chaos begins at what was a tranquil peacefull area full of Snipe ,Jack Snipe, Stonechat, and many others now is being turned into a Motorway Service station after Warrington Borough Councils terrible decision of pulling out of the objection on Silver Lane Risley. This is not brownfield it's Green Belt Arable peatland. What a loss to our Grandchildren, who may as well stay in thier bedroom cocoons of fantasy games as there is no hope for wildlife. The money men have won again :(
