hi marvin
i have seen them along pretty much the whole length of the stream. yesterday i saw them near the top of the stream just below the st marys entrance. i go down there often and see 1 almost everytime, though i think yesterday was the 1st time i had seen a pair, which was nice to see. i didnt hear or see any great spotted woodpeckers down the clough yesterday, which was unusual. did hear 1 in drinkwater though. great to see so many nuthatches around, they are 1 of my favourites.
also noticed a load of new nestboxes have been put up near the st marys entrance, i counted at least 10

Whereabouts did you see the Grey Wagtails,Alex?
I walk my dog through the Clough once a week and have not seen Grey Wagtails this year, though I have seen them in previous years.
Have certainly been aware of a lot of Great Spotted Woodpecker and Nuthatch activity.
