Was again lucky enough to be working in Yorkshire today on a lovely sunny day. Took a trip to muddy boots café again and was not disappointed. I have added a few shots of the Red Kites taken today. Hope you like them and take a trip to see them if you get chance.
I'm lucky enough that my work sends me in different areas and I had heard of Muddy boots café next to the turning after Harewood House and the feeding of Red Kites. I arrived at 1.30pm and within seconds could see around 12 Red Kites circling around. Paid my £1.00 for parking in the honesty box and got my camera out. At 2.00pm a local woman turned up and put meat on a garage roof at the back of the café and walked away! Within seconds 30 plus Red Kites appeared and came in for the food. I was literally there for 45 minutes and took over 150 shots. Well worth a visit to see these amazing birds. A few shots I took below

Excellent view of 3 Red Kites swooping above a mown hay field at Stainburn north of Pool in Wharfedale on Saturday 1st. I guess not unusual around the vicinity, but it was lovely to watch them showing their mastery of the air!
On my way driving past Harewood Estate from Leeds to Middlesbrough. Within 15-20 miles of the estate saw 14 Red Kites from the car. Great to see so many
