Accidently flushed 3 Snipe from the little pot-ponds near Lostock wood on Sunday 5th Sept. 50/60 Goldfinch in the area, plus a few Linnet.

Surprisingly quiet, there wasn't a peep in the wood and it's normally full of assorted tits, finch, jays, woodpecker. No sign of the Reed Buntings at the ponds either.
