Lesser whitethroatsmile.gifsmile.gif this morning 6.40am (lifer) at roundabout on centenary way opposite arco. First heard then seen a couple times,could not stick around fo long had to go to work.cry.gif also whitethroat at next circle,before centenary bridge.

Peregrine over Daytona Go Karting centre heading south as I was leaving Old Trafford after the match. Also Kestrel over Old Trafford stadium.

2 buzzards over Trafford Park Road at 10-40am.

1.30pm had 1 peregrine falcon and 3 common buzzard circling over guinnes/harp/kestrel trading estate.smile.gif

on my way to work this morning 6.30am,the chiiffchaff at the ecology park now has the company off a blackcap. also near guiness rd 2 very noisey oystercatchers. then later in the morning whilst at work around 11.30am had a swallow fly over as i went outside to get some paint (good timing)smile.gif

Good to see a flock of 25+ Greenfinch (given the current disease problems they are having) using some tall evergreens on Mercury Way as a roosting site this evening. Noted them in the vacinity a couple of times last week and tracked them down to here, so presume its a regular site.

A very festive sighting this evening while xmas shopping, a Robin was inside the Trafford Centre flying between the fake trees (complete with xmas lights) near John Lewis.
