drinkwater lake: pair of great crested grebes with 2 young, coots with young. on river: 8 female goosander,tufted ducks, mute swan, mallards, coot, moorhen, swifts, house martins, pied wag, grey wag. no sign of kingfishers but did see a mink swimming across river.
