had a great walk today on thurwell as they say round these parts out for about 5 hours just me and her that is normally in doors . About 20 teal. 15 gooseanders snipe flying up and down river . Moorhen .waterail. Mixed with a lot of malard was a gadwall that everyone seemed to miss, a pair of goldeneye were very active 3 dab chicks near motorway bridge goldcrest .treecreeper.mink trying to catch a moorhen buzzard being mobbed by a crow plus all the usual stuff 35 speicies in total
