If you'ver ever wanted to see Slav Grebe well this is a must - tiny pool, very confiding at times (although that didn't stop a photographer chasing it on Saturday) and for those who don't like walking twitchable from the car!!

Slav still there on 24/01 at 1100-showing down to 3 foot I kid you not! Are there any Slavs in captivitywink.gifGood job there is no burger van present otherwise Mr McKercher (Lancs) would have something to say!!!!biggrin.gifbiggrin.gif

Went to see the Grebe at Barrow Lower Lodge just south of Clitheroe(off the main road at the Macdonalds!)this a.m. Dead easy to find and its been there all week, the 2nd lifer for me in 2 daysbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gif
