No that wasnt me. I dont drive so get the tram to radcliffe then walk along the canal which is were i had the peregrine. I did see you tho i think, i was on the opposite side of the res as you were heading back down the wall side at about 9ish? Ive never seen Peregine on the pylons either but heard its the best place for them!
I think I might have seen you (silver car and scope) just before you left. I wondered what you were looking at. I had just had a quick walk around the reservoir. I saw little of note but was rushing a bit. Would have stayed around a bit longer if I'd known there was a Peregrine in the area - still never managed to see one at Elton despite it being my "local".
Here's what i noted: 7 G C Grebe, 1 Grey Heron, 3 Mute Swan, 2 Greylag Geese, 5 Canada Geese, 10+ Mallard, 2 Tufted Duck, 1 Pheasant, 1 Moorhen, 8 Coot, 1 Lapwing, 2 Lesser Black-backed Gulls, 1 Common Gull, 1 Black-headed Gull, 1 Common Tern, 4 Wood Pigeons, 1 Swallow, 4 Wren, 2 Dunnock, 4 Robin, 10+ Blackbirds, 2 Song Thrush, 1 Chiffchaff, 4 Willow Warblers, 4 Blue Tit, 6 Great Tit, 1 Jay, 10+ Magpie, 1 Jackdaw, 10+ Carrion Crow, 10+ Starling, 4 House Sparrow, 3 Chaffinch.
