Certainly all gone in the Tyldesley store and I'd be very surprised if it wasn't the same throughout, not to worry, I'll make do with the Swarovski for now

Geoff,

I assume you're referring to the scope that will be on sale at Aldi this coming week (closest store to me, Tyldesley). For the money, surely you can't go wrong, I'm pondering one for my 8 year old son as he's already got a nice little pair of Opticron bins (which fortuitously double as my second pair ) and I believe the scopes are on sale in America (in Aldi's over there) and are thought to be okay, especially for the money. Under £30, bargain?!

surprisingly its not a toy, 20x60x60 rubber coated eye relief 13-11m exit pupil3 -1mm(spectalce wearers beware) with a shoddy cover and usless tripod but on my set up ideal for the kid,s pinsharp focus at 30ft it,s ideal for the garden
and travelling,it,s not a fog filled swiss jewellers thingymybob but for the ££ involved well worth investing in if you need to make the leap from bin,s to a scope.

get one and enjoy ,geoff

p.s. unfortuantaly i have no financeall(you Know what i mean)interest in this
