A Little Owl roosted all day in a Hawthorn in my garden today and was still there at dusk attracting the attention of at least 5 Blackbirds, Magpie and several smaller species. I lived at this address (Aspull) for 20 years and this is the first appearance of a bird in my garden although they are resident nearby.
