It is Ian, yes. It is at the southerly end of Light Hazzles, on the little causeway there where there is a wooden fence. The seed is usually scattered on the slope which is easily visible from the path so there's not neccessarily any need to cross the little bridge, which if the birds are present but hidden (surprisingly easy!), will flush them and their return can be a drawn out affair.
They also get around the moor and I've seen them on numerous occasions just off to the west of the path opposite the feeding station (just down the hill) and although if they're busy feeding they can be easily missed, if you just have patience and hang around the flock is often incredibly noisy with their characteristic calls as they swirl about the area and drop in.
