Lanner recaptured in Ainsdale just now

Pleased to be able to get falconer to his bird, for the benefit of Ainsdale's passerines as much as anything !

Monday 10th August.

This bird gone missing (on Saturday) from Charlesworth, just over the border in Derbyshire ... flew in direction of central M/cr.

In juvenile plumage.

Fitted with jesses & bells plus telemetry equipment (so obviously out of range) ... problem being only a young bird, never been hunted and only flown to lure.

Any sightings would you please ring Oliver on 07595 476041.

Thanks very much.

Roger.
