I agree jimmy. The only Willows i've had this year have been on migration in low numbers past my patch where as 2+ pairs have bred in the past. The habbo has improved in this time too!

willow warblers/chiff chaffs seem to have been well down at penny this year,all the willows towards plank lane end were almost birdless this summercry.gif

Willow Warblers

Is it only me that thinks there is a massive drop in Willow Warblers this year all the local patches near me that i try to look at i would say that they are down by well over 50% if not more have they had a bad winter or a bad passage anybody any ideas on this
