MAYFIELD DEPOT - 2 crackers this morning - LITTLE RINGED PLOVER (photo on ebird) and WHEATEAR which flew towards Piccadilly Station.

St John's Gardens Castlefield.

Mistle Thrush - Adult feeding a fledgling on a branch of a tree. Other adult present and I could hear at least one other fledgling in the bushes.

Other birds.
Blackbird 3
Robin
Wren
Goldfinch
Great tit
Blue tit
Pigeon.

A Jay flew over the Mancunian Way in to the city centre this morning, near the Chester Road junction. Around midday a female Sparrowhawk was over Mayfield Park, where a Grey Wagtail flew along the R Medlock.
