Sorry Warfy didnt askbut they reported the info to Birdguides. His info on the Bittern was nearly spot on though. Ian has asked me to give him a ring and explain myself
No sign of yellow browed by mid morningbut Bittern flew from Westwood flash towards Bryn flash at 1030hrs
Spoke to the 2 people who saw it yesterday? They said it was around the lock near Westwood flash and also on the old railway line and have seen it a few times. Didnt ask if they had seen it over a period of time of all sightings from yesterday
Sorry Ian, it's not text speak (I hate the stuff) but Fire Service speak. B1N is the file we reserve for rubbish, because it stands simply for BIN (rubbish bin!)
Sorry if this sounds totally thick! and Im sure it does but what does B1N mean?. I presume this is text speak but both my children are away at uni. so I cant ask them as I cant text!. Yes Im rambling now but its been a long week already!. Any way off now to see the Blues beat Sunderland. Cheers Ian.
If the observer of these sightings is out there (and there are indeed plenty of purely visitors to the forum) I would appreciate any further details, otherwise the sightings (other than Dave Broome's original one) will be consigned to the file marked B1N
