Many thanks to Ian for this site....it's opened up a whole new world for me that was closed as l was growing up and all thru' my 20's etc...l've seen some amazing birds,visited places l never knew about (lots are local) and found some truly great friends that share their knowledge and time with me,you ALL know who you are.l also have enjoyed reading all the posts and look forward to the ones in the future Best wishes n thanks again X
Have to agree with everyone else an excellent site, should make you feel proud of yourself ian, and after you have got the first round i,ll get the second. pleasure to meet birders in field who are willing to share local knowledge, lets keep it up and get everyone out there birding. looking forward to meeting more of you over the coming years. stay happy keep birding
oh my goodness that was a quick year,congrats on a super site and a big thanks to all contributors without who,s help and tips my county list would still be stuck around 80 ish
