Tree Sparrow present today (excellent record for the area), in hedgerow at 10:32 by the football pitch. Later on it flew towards the brook.

Also 8 Redpoll and 5 Siskin.

Ringtail Hen Harrier flew low east being mobbed by a Crow at 09:19 this morning. Also present in the area were single Water Rail and 8 Redpoll.

no sign of firecrest this afternoon between 1245 and 3pm, met the finder so was searching the right area, lots of redwing around plus a willow tit moving around with long tailed tit flock.
